Background
Mikołaj Michorek has been associated with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since January 2023, where he is a member of the Corporate Law and M&A team.
He began gaining professional experience during his studies, working with leading Wrocław law firms specializing in commercial law and civil litigation.
He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. Since January 2024, he has been undertaking legal advisor training at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Wrocław. In October 2025, he commenced postgraduate studies at the Company Academy organized by the Warsaw School of Economics.
Mikołaj Michorek assists in advising clients on commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on matters related to the formation, management, and restructuring of commercial companies. He has experience in projects involving divisions, transformations, and liquidations of business entities, as well as in developing and implementing capital structures tailored to the needs of complex business transactions.
Additionally, he supports both domestic and international clients in matters concerning mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He also assists his team in pre-contractual activities for the firm’s clients, providing support in drafting commercial agreements and other documents related to commercial law.
