Marek Michalski is a tax advisor and has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since March 2023

Graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw.

Registered as a tax advisor in September 2022.

Prior to joining SDZLEGAL Schindhelm he has been working with a reputable tax consulting firm predominantly engaged in tax litigation.


He has experience in broadly understood tax litigation on behalf of clients - both at the stage of planning and implementation.

He supports entrepreneurs in cases related to, among others, ongoing tax consulting in the field of income taxes or value added tax, among others.

His areas of interest also include issues related to the protection of taxpayers against tax fraud, the relationship of criminal fiscal proceedings with tax proceedings, and procedures to reduce tax risks for clients and prevent the negative impact of tax authorities' actions on their current activities.
