Background

Raziye joined SAXINGER in April 2011. She passed the Austrian bar exam in November 2014 and has worked as a lawyer since August 2015. Since 2019 she is partner at SAXINGER in Wels.

After receiving her law degree from the University of Salzburg in 2009 she completed a court internship with District and Regional Courts in Salzburg, Austria. In 2015 she worked for SAXINGER’s office in Istanbul, Turkey, and was a guest assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Istanbul. In 2017 she obtained her doctoral degree (Dr.iur) at the faculty of law in Salzburg and studied European Company Law at the LSE Summer School.

Expertise

Raziye supports and advises local and international clients in the field of company law and M&A transactions. She has a comprehensive experience and expertise in national reorganisation law as well as judicial expertise in international and cross border issues, especially related to Turkey.

She has carried out numerous national and international transactions including due diligence audits.

Raziye gained extensive knowledge with legal matters involving International law during her studies at the Summer School London School of Economics (LSE) and her work for SAXINGER’s office in Istanbul, Turkey.
