Background

Damian Kronenberg has been working with SDZLEGAL Schindhelm since April 2024. He gained his previous professional experience during his studies, working in one of Wroclaw’s law firms, specialising in civil law, commercial law and civil proceedings.

From 2019 to 2024, he studied at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław.

At SDZLEGAL Schindhelm, he works in the Corporate Law and M&A Department.


Damian Kronenberg assists in advising domestic and foreign clients in the areas of civil law, commercial contract law, company law, and mergers and acquisitions.

He specialises, among others, in matters related to the establishment, management and reorganisation of commercial law companies. In addition, he participates in projects involving divisions, transformations and liquidations of business entities, as well as the creation of capital structures for the purposes of transactions under way.

He also supports work of the department in activities for the clients at the pre-contractual stage, providing assistance in the preparation of draft commercial agreements and other commercial law documents.

  • day-to-day counselling and servicing of business entities;
  • drafting and providing opinions on draft agreements;
  • participation in transformation processes and mergers of capital companies;
  • preparation of draft legal opinions on business law for Polish and foreign entities;
  • participation in processes of liquidation of capital companies, including companies with foreign capital;
  • drafting drafts of pleadings, in particular in civil and commercial proceedings.
