2017: graduation from a masters course in “Privacy & Data Protection”.

In 2012 / 2013 he graduated from a second level masters course in tax law "Antonio Berliri".

Tommaso Olivieri is a partner of the Dike Schindhelm office since its foundation in 2010.

Since 2011 he is admitted to the bar.

In 2007 he has graduated from the Bologna University with a degree in law, whereas in 2004 he has attended a course in Business law at the Copenhagen Business School.

Expertise

Tommaso Olivieri assists Italian and International SME and multinational companies comprehensively in all aspects of data protection and in particular in assuring compliance with the General Data Protection regulation (EUR regulation 679/2016).

He acts as Data protection Officer for various commercial and industrial companies as well as for trade associations.

He further provides his services in the area of commercial and company law, providing assistance in drafting national and international contracts as well as in the composition of controversies.

He is further active in the area of insolvency procedures and situations of business distress, in particular in favour of the receiver and in connection with business restructuring.

On the basis of his experience and education his activity comprehends in particular commercial litigation, assistance in setting up new business activities, drafting and negotiating commercial international and domestic contracts and debt enforcement.
